Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are eligible within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

  • Refunds are only applicable for unused class tickets.

Refund Process

  • In your email, please include your order details and the reason for your refund request.

  • Upon receiving your request, we will review it and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Calculation
  • If you have purchased a package item and wish to refund, the price of each used-class ticket will be calculated as much as one-time class ticket.

  • The refunded amount will be the total purchase price minus the value of the used-class tickets based on the one-time class ticket price.

Refund Method
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Once a class ticket has been used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Any promotional or discounted purchases are non-refundable.

Exceptions
  • In case of exceptional circumstances such as technical issues preventing class attendance, we may offer alternative solutions or exceptions to our refund policy at our discretion.
